I bought an other 512mb ram memory and when i played it on ultra everything was fast again. I hear that you need at least 1gig ram memory well i had that but i still had some slowdown lol. When i played the doom 3 game on ultra setting i got some slowdown. Although i noticed some differents with the 1.5gb ram memory when i played doom. My system memory is enough i have 1.5gb ram memory so that isn't the problem. I can run the game but i've played on low and medium settings and there is still some slowdown. I will upgrade to 6800GS or 7800 with 256mb ram. Lol i thought 128mb would be enough but it isn't. I have played the quake 4 game and when i use the auto detect i get a low system detection. but i tested the game is variation, sometimes it gives 20 frames sometimes 60, so its very unstable that way so many will reach problems late game, even when low grapchis, especially with heat stress on card, when the game gets wider and more units.thats what the smaller cards cant handle along with pipelines how i see it. this card gives me 35 frames in bf2 and costed beneath 100 bux, a card that will hold a year, best with ram sinks and increase bus on ram with coolbits, but not cpu speed, cause when uppgrading the card from 4x to 8x pipelines the mhz should actually been lowered but it works fine enough on 400 mhz cpu speed, 460 4x gives artifacts. I can recommend Aopen 6200 agp or pci-e,but agp version has a hidden pipeline u can open with Rivatuner.exe so there 4pipeline cards get 8 pipelines and for less than nothing if u dont want to invest much money. U can run this game with 1500 mhz easily but increase bus 10%, to get the ram running a bit faster and some cpu speed. But not for everyone, including me, maybe.
